With a fall in income on clicksmatrix from over $6000 to $450 decreasing over the last 6 months we have instigated emergency procedures to protect all our sites from closure.
No payouts are currently available nor will they be until things return to normal.
In the interim ,clicksmatrix may upgrade members using site funds, instead of paying out, where members have more than $20 in their account.
This does help members advertising as more members will earn "site funds" which can be used to increase advertising in a variety of ways on the site.
For over 5 years, all our sites have paid.
One of the more serious consquences due to paypal illegally and unfairly closing our account was a leveling off of upgrades, which had previously been growing at 20% per month !!!
Since April we have been a month on month fall, for the first time ever, in upgrades and credit purchases.
I am forced into a situation where I must protect this advertising resource.
It contains unique scripts not found on any other site! We have NO copy of the site, cannot back it up on this server, and cannot migrate it ! If we fail to pay for our server at all the site will be lost forever !
I cannot allow that to happen, so whilst I may be forced to sell the site - there mut be a site there to sell in the first place!
This is far far far more important than the small amount of money that members could earn from the site and as such protecting our Manual Traffic Exchange takes precedence at this time.
We are migrating our main sites to smaller hosting accounts, rather than complete servers, saving $1000+ per month, once this has been completed we will be in a position to payout once more.
It must be fully understood that this is not mlm or autosurfer or investment opportunity, but a great advertising resource which gains about 1000 new members each month.
Members who join and are members of our site are all opted in to receive our newsletters and you agree to receiving any newsletters as we may send out. To stop receiving any newsletters from us you must close your account.
We endeavour to send out nice relevent emails, we do not give out your email address to any other websites, and we do not expect to receive spam in return. Members whose email addresses are not valid will have their accounts closed.
I know what SPAM is, receiving over 700,000 nasty ones per year for clicksmatrix alone, so I do not expect to hear from members that we are spamming them. This is simply ridiculous, once a business relationship has been entered into, newsletters and normal site auto emails is NOT spam.
Any member who wants to see what spam is (In case you never had any virus infected filth !) let me know !
This site has 15 levels of referrals income so your downline can earn you money down to 15 levels.
We can and do adjust the amounts members can earn from each level from time to time.
The amounts are always shown on the front of the site.
Paid membership costs $10.00 per month, with payment processor fees on top. Paid members receive double surfing credits and double mystery credits. Members are also awarded 1000 manual credits for each month purchased.
Members may purchase 12 months at a time.
Credits are awarded at start of period.
We will only accept sites written in the english language.
This is because many members have demanded it. And to have more people understand what it on the sites thay visit.
If your account have been inactive for more then 6 months, it will be reset. All credits and sites in the account will be removed. You will still be able to log in later on, but no stats will be available. Any members account inactive for 12 months will be deleted.
Re-selling Clicksmatrix credits is strictly prohibited and will see your account deleted immediately.
The site can not break out of the frames used when surfing with ClicksMatrix. This is very annoying for the users of the site. This will get your account deleted.
All new sites added must adhere to the following terms before confirmed.
- maximum 1 popup (include popups, exit ads and popins)
- cannot breakframes/surfbar
- must be in English
- cannot contain any illegal material including adult content, drugs, firearms, warez, or any other questionable material
- does not have make homepage/add favorite prompts
- does not attempt to download/install any programs to the enduser
- does not contain harmful scripts
- does not contain viruses/trojans or any other harmful agent
- does not imitate/disguise itself as a page of clicksmatrix or mis-lead users in anyway.
- do not open any program on the users machine
- do not decive the users with false advertising
- do not try to trick users into giving personal info e.g name, email, passwords etc.
- do not advertise ways to cheat hitexchanges, or other sites, including harvesting credits
Any sites deleted by us will NOT have the credits returned
to their accounts.
If in doubt contact us before adding the site, makes it a lot easier for you and us.
You are not allowed to sell ClicksMatrix credits to other users.
Selling credits for cash is not allowed and if you are found to do so your account will be deleted.
Users are only allowed to keep one account. Users that have more than one account will see all their accounts beeing deleted.
Your site can have a maximum of one popup window because they are annoying for users of the service. Note sites also cannot generate additional popups once a popup is closed. Again a MAXIMUM ONE POPUP per site. Preferably don't have any popup windows on your site at all. That makes your visitors more happy. Note often people will leave a site just by seeing a popup window.
The one popup include any popups on the site, popups, popins and exit ads. And new window opened without the user clicking anything is a popup. Even if opened in the same browser window.
Any account found to be used for fradulent activity will be deleted and any credits in the account will be forfeited.
Our startpage cannot be used with any page rotators and must only be used by the owner of the page. If you try to make others use your page your account will be deleted.
Your site can not have content that might be offensive for other people. This includes porn, warez, illegal copied software, etc. Common sense is to not have any illegal stuff on your site. The site must be PG13 allowed content, that means content that children can see.
You also agree to any changes to the terms of agreement in the future. If you don't accept the new terms of agreement you are free to terminate your account at ClicksMatrix at any time.
ClicksMatrix.com reserves the right to terminate any account with the ClicksMatrix.com at any time, with or without cause.
Any account deleted for any reason will forfeit their earnings and upgrades. No refunds will be issued.
If your email address is no longer active and your email bounce, your account will be closed and set to inactive. You cannot update the email address without your password, so always keep the password in a safe place.
