A - Goto Banner Admin
Sub-Menu
From the main members menu, scroll down to the
Banner Menu ...

B - Main Banner Admin
Click on Main Banner Admin
...
(This form will be shown on it's own, if you have not added any
banners yet)

C - Completing the add a banner
form
Complete the form as follows
(Use your own banner information)

D - Enter the correct info
Click the Save Info button and you should
see your banner. If you see something like this, your banner GIF location/name
is wrong ...
(Check you website or affiliates website for correct
location)

E - Banner is correct
Once your banner information is correct, then clicking the
Save Info button should return a screen
similar to this next one ...
( I had forgotten to upload the banner to the correct location
in the screenshot above - deliberate mistake )

F - Scroll Down To Assign
Credits
Scrolling down the same page, will now show you an new form - the
Banner Credits form
...
(If you have credits in your account you can use them
here)
Note:- The form will always be on this page, below the banner add form,
as long as you have any banners added to your account.

Form
Here is the Banner Credits form again. We will look at the parts of it in
more detail below...

H - How many Banner Impressions per
credit?
This value changes from time to time and shows you the same information as
you will see on the surfbars. In this instance you will receive 34 banner
views for each normal surfing credit you add to it ...

I - Converting Credits
If we look at the number of credits available, we enter a value in the small
form. We are converting 50 credits from the 100 available into banner impressions
...

J - Selecting a Banner
If you have more than one banner, the drop down box will allow you to select
any of your active banners. We have only 1 banner so far, so only it's name
"My Banner" is available for selection

K - After Converting
Clicking the "Convert Credits" button
will convert your credits. If we now look at our banner, we will see that
it now has a number of banner impressions assigned as follows ...

L - Toggle Your Banner
ON/OFF
The banner is "Active" as
the toggle value is set to "YES"...
Clicking this toggles the banner on and off.
A Setting of "No" means your banner is
not active.

M - Edit, Delete, Reset
There are 3 further selections available under each banner...
"Edit" banner brings up the add banner form, with your banner values
already in them. They do not change until you click the "Save Info" button.
"Reset" resets the stats for the number of visits shown, but does not affect number of credits of banner values.
"Delete" your banner brings up a warning
box, that asks if you really want to delete your banner!
Delete should not really be needed as you can toggle banner to not active, or edit banner details.

N - Banner STATS
These are the initial stats settings for your banner ...
"Reset" - resets the number of visits
shown to 0.

We can now assign or move some banner impressions between the banners as shown above.
P - Assigning Banner Impressions
An extra form becomes available, but only when you have available banner impressions to assign, as shown below ...
"Paid" and "Premium" memberships are allocated banner impressions (as well as credits) for each month of upgrade purchased.
Members who subscribe (currently available via Safepay and Ugotpaid) receive credits and banner impressions monthly at the time of renewal of subscription.

Q - Moving Banner Impressions
Banner impressions can be moved between any of your banners as shown using the "Move Impressions Between Banners" form below ...
How to move banner impressions between banners...
- Select your start banner from the top drop-down box.
- select the destination banner from the lower drop-down box.
- enter the amount of banner impressions to move
- then, once you are happy with you selections, click the select button.
And that's it - Banner impressions can be moved back and forth between any banners you have using this form as many times as you wish, with NO loss of banner impressions, and no charge.
